I was born on Long Island but spent my formative years in both New York and New Hampshire. I love cycling, hiking, reading, gardening, and traveling. My most recent exotic location of travel was Budapest, Hungary. My favorite book ever is Emma by Jane Austen, who is also my favorite author. Although, I am a huge fan of all British Romantic era literature. If I could come back as a literary character I would choose Elizabeth Bennet because I would love to have her suave and savvy persona and her ability to find just the right words to put a pompous, snobby person in his/her place.
